Confirmations

Please do not consider your reservation confirmed until we contact you by telephone. We will respond to reservation requests made Sunday and Monday on Tuesday morning. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please contact us at 540-832-7848 between the hours of 10:00am – 5:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday. A credit card number is required for all dinner reservations and for lunch reservations for parties of four or more.

Cancellations

Lunch reservations will be held for 15 minutes unless extended by prior arrangements. All reservations must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid a charge to your credit card. Cancellation fees are $50 per person for lunch and $80 per person for dinner.

Attire

There is no official dress code at Palladio. However, most gentlemen guests tend to wear a jacket and tie and ladies generally wear dresses or suits at dinner. At lunch, dress is business casual.

All the recipes and techniques needed for a holiday party of 12 people.  Many of the dishes can be made ahead of time so that the host/hostess can also join in the celebration!  Chef Melissa Close-Hart will teach about festive wines and how to pair them with holiday dishes.  We will be opening plenty of different wines to sample and learn about.  There will be a 20% discount available on any of the wines sampled if purchased on the evening of the class.  Dinner with wine will be provided after the class.  This class is limited to 12 people. $120 per person.
