Cabernet Franc Goodlow Mountain 2017 -- Here at last

The only wine we have ever presented, as an alternative to a Reserve wine in the same vintage, of the same varietal, will appear in our Tuscan Tasting Room, Library 1821, and at a Sunday feast (long sold out) in the Winery Arcades, this weekend, August 17 and 18. Cabernet Franc Goodlow Mountain 2017 -- was announced in our Annual Newsletter and in Luca Paschina's Note from the Winemaker of this April 11th. Not claiming to be "the best," nor the most devotedly grown or crafted, this is simply "the other" Cabernet Franc, whose case for itself has been made consistently for years, by the 3.5 acre plot where it grows. But why is everyone smiling?
