Welcome back!

As of Friday morning, May 15th, we have been able welcome visitors to the estate.

We are delighted to resume serving you, with care for everyone’s protection and comfort during your visit. Please bear with us as we all adjust to the Commonwealth’s mandated protocols and policies, and a few common-sense courtesies while enjoying the pleasures of the vineyard together. For those who may prefer instead to pursue purchases by our curbside pick-up service, we will continue to afford this option every day for the foreseeable future.

Our Hours:

Monday-Saturday, 10am to 5pm, Sunday 11am to 5pm, with Library 1821 being open 11am to 7pm on Fridays.

Distancing & Masks:

We have acres of space. Please spread out and respect proper social distancing from neighbors. Individuals and groups of up to 10 are free to enjoy our decks, terraces, and lawns, including the limited tented area in case of inclement weather.

There are picnic tables overlooking the Allegrante wildflower meadow, under a pergola in the vineyards, and adjacent to our historic Ruins. Everyone is also invited to bring blankets and chairs for picnicking around the farm. Children and leashed pets are welcome in these areas, too. As always, the grounds of the Inn and Cottages are closed to all but registered guests.

Access to indoor facilities is limited to purchases and restroom use only.

We monitor access and sanitation with care. When entering a building for any purpose, we respectfully request that you wear a protective mask, as we will all be doing.

Wine

During the present interval, Phase I, while purchases of wines by the glass or open bottle will be permitted for consumption outdoors, seated tastings will be provided only on the covered patio at Library 1821. Again, all wines are available in sealed bottle for curbside pick-up.

The 1804 Inn and Cottages

Effective Memorial Day Weekend, the Inn and Cottages are also re-opened, with all established amenities, and enjoying an expanded selection of Palladio Restaurant's cooked-to-order offerings, delivered to one's suite for in-room dining or available for take-out to any of the outdoor picnic sites of the estate.

Selected cheeses, charcuteries, breads, and sundries are available for purchase via Library 1821.
