Confirmations

Please do not consider your reservation confirmed until we contact you by telephone. We will respond to reservation requests made Sunday and Monday on Tuesday morning. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please contact us at 540-832-7848 between the hours of 10:00am & 5:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday. A credit card number is required for all dinner reservations and for lunch reservations for parties of five or more.

Cancellations

Lunch reservations will be held for 15 minutes unless extended by prior arrangements. All reservations must be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice in order to avoid a charge to your credit card. Any cancellations, no-shows, or size alterations lower than the original party size made within 24 hours will be subjected to a fee of $46 per person for lunch and $80 per person for dinner.

Attire

There is no official dress code at Palladio. However, most gentlemen guests tend to wear a jacket and/or tie and ladies generally wear pants, skirts or dresses at dinner. At lunch, dress is smart casual. * FLIP FLOPS, SHORTS AND BEACH ATTIRE ARE NOT PERMITTED *

Classes convene at 6:30pm, by reservation only, with each enrollment limited to 12-15. Each guest will be invited to participate in cooking and to take home some of the creations. Event to last about 3½ hours, including the meal we prepared, with wine pairings. Any cancellation requires 48 hours' prior notice.
