Philéo
A non-vintage composition of Moscato Ottonel, Traminette, and Vidal, Philéo has won top honors for Moscato in international competitions and is one of the estate’s most widely loved wines. Very long and cold fermentation in stainless steel, scrupulously avoiding oxygen contact, results in a genuinely refreshing dessert wine with a light, clean finish, of great appeal with fine cheeses, fresh berries, and famously with crême brulée and tiramisù.
